The Harmony Inn has had a complete turn around under new ownership, extremely nice staff and management at a great value. Would return again and recommend to anyone in the area!

Room was nice and clean. Building is a nice location next to a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Relatively quiet area. Room walls seemed reasonably insulated for volume. Parking lot looks like it’s been recently renovated. You get what you pay for plus a little more. Staff went out of the way to help with getting me fresh breakfast and helping carrying my luggage I was struggling with. There is no elevator so make sure to call ahead if you need a room on the first floor. Talked with the manager Quinn. He is a reasonable young man who you can tell has been in the business for awhile. No complaints from me!

The carpet on the stairs was extremely dirty. • The air conditioner in my room barely functioned. • The bathtub felt unstable, as if it could fall through the floor. • There was a crack in the tub that appeared serious enough to cause water damage or flooding below. For the cost of the stay, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. On my next trip to New Ulm to visit family, I will be choosing to stay at the Microtel, which offers similar (if not better) accommodations at the same or lower price point.

Hotel is not clean and the smell is atrocious! Smelled like mold or musty and air conditioner wasn't working properly. Breakfast was okay and front desk staff was accommodating.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Hallways pretty bad. Lobby is minimal. There was no elevator. Get past the halls and you will find the room a pleasant surprise.

Room was so humid the floor was wet. The room was incredibly dirty. The room above us had kids running around all night and furniture being moved during sleeping hours. We will not stay here again.
