Motel 6 New Stanton, PA

OK, hear me out. This hotel is exactly what it claims to be. It's a clean, inexpensive room to sleep in while traveling. I wouldn't plan a vacation around it, but it served it's purpose very well. Bonus points for having a Sheetz, Cracker Barrel, and an Eat n Park within walking distance. My partner and I were a little apprehensive at first, but when you're accustomed to staying in $300 a night downtown suites, this was a bit of a culture shock for us, but that's an "us" problem. Not a hotel problem. We've rebooked at this location for August. I think that says a lot. The owner seems really appreciative for the business. That means something to me.

Cross Country Drive Perfect location outside the City of Pittsburgh hussle and bussle. Secure building and easy parking. Attended US Open. Used EZ-Pass and turnpike. Fresh coffee is available every morning in lobby. BBQ restaurant within walking distance served excellent food. Dollar General store within walking distance. Gasoline stations and fast food close by. Recommend trying Sheetz food offerings.

its a typical low budget hotel. key card to enter building so seems safe. room is fairly large, micro & refrigerator a +. check-in easy & friendly. can walk to scheetz. its a place to sleep.

Other reviews have praised the staff and the cleanliness of the motel, and i completely. The room was large, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It was easy to get to from the interstates, and very convenient to gas and dining options.

Five stars! Well-run hotel with caring staff Whenever I do a PA to Ohio trip, I stay at this hotel, regardless of whether it is the cheapest or not. After a year, Terry, the night manager, recognized me. Imagine how many people a year a hotel manager serves. He is extremely friendly, helpful and caring. The rooms are to fancy but they are clean. Everything works. There are no surprises which I love in a hotel. It is rare to find a two star motel with this high a rating. Customer service really DOES matter. I would recommend this Motel 6 to anyone staying in the area.

Clean Room Traveling from Philadelphia to Minneapolis. Little small town, decided to stop and get some rest. Front Desk Agent Karla/Carrie i believe that was her name. Very informative and nice. The building is old , but my room was very clean as i read from other reviews.
