The hotel is next to Chinatown. The room is big, but the decoration and carpet in the room are very old. There are many Chinese restaurants in Chinatown, as well as various gourmet restaurants and bars from other countries. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat in Chinatown. The cleaning ladies I met in the hotel cleaned the place very well and were very friendly. I was very surprised that the hotel refused cash payment. When I checked in, I asked the lady at the service desk for the room payment receipt. The lady at the service desk said that she would give me the room payment receipt when I checked out. When I checked out after staying for 3 days and asked the lady at the service desk for the room payment receipt, I was told that the hotel could not issue any payment receipts.

The location is good, close to Chinatown and the surrounding urban areas. However, the hotel is understaffed and most of the employees are part-time students. The management and service quality need to be improved.
