Two bedrooms, 2 baths Updated Villa! One King bed, two Queen beds, and an additional Queen GEL mattress in pull-out sofa in living room, full-size washer and dryer in unit, full-size kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. King bathroom has 2 sinks and a walk-in shower with handicap bars and bench in the shower. There is also a desk if you need to work from “home” and an outdoor space for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. SeaWoods has a plethora of amenities including 3 pools (1 is HEATED), pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, fitness center (with recently updated equipment), sauna, and walking trails under a canopy of trees so there is always something to do! Clean and cozy! The beds in the bedrooms were great! My only complaint would be the two family members that slept on the sofa sleeper said that it was uncomfortable. You could feel the support bar through the mattress-of course not shocking for a sofa bed, but I just thought I would say it for the review so others know. Overall, the house was fantastic. I would stay here again.

It was wonderful, it was a girls trip and communication with JoAnn was fantastic she let us know everything before we arrived. The VRBO was very clean and relaxing.

Great location! We loved the neighborhood and there was stores and restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed the 3 min walk to the beach and the pool.

Wonderful property with everything you need to enjoy peace, quiet, and beautiful beach time! Comfy beds felt like we were home away from home. We enjoyed our time here very much.

Great Condo and Location
The condo was very clean and just as presented in the listing. The owners were very responsive as well. It was an easy walk to the beach. We would be happy to stay here again.

Amazing location and house
