We have stayed in this hotel in years past and enjoyed our stay. When we drove up we noticed that the grass needed mowing. Also, a car had run into the corner of the hotel and it was covered with black plastic. We got to our room and had one towel. We had to go to the desk and ask for another towel, washcloths and hand towels. The room had an odd smell and was very cold. Had a hard time adjusting the thermostat. No blankets on the bed. Sheet & thin polyester topper. Walked over to look out the window & noticed that the carpet near the air conditioner was soaking wet. The only positive was that the breakfast was good. We were scheduled for two nights but left after one. Would not recommend unless they do a lot of maintenance and cleaning.

Refrigerator ruined my lunchmeat,mayo, fruit, front desk said no maintenance on duty i can move to another room, wouldve been 3rd move due to no electricity in first room for lights and tv. Then it would've been really late to transfer, because we didnt leave to go have supper til after 5 and there was still no room clean. Originally reserved a King room, upon arrival, no kings available, really dirty pool, just not a very good experience this trip. It was my husband's birhday getaway and i feel i shouldve been reimbursed at least one night due to the experience.

Terrrible Hotel
This hotel went downhill DRASTICALLY! We thought, under new management and a new brand, it would start to improve but I feel like it has gotten worse. The only reason we stay here is because there are literally NO other options as close to the multi-use arena as this one and the nature of our visits require us to be close by. This is literally one of the WORST hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
