The hotel is in a great location. The annex is full of restaurants, so it's very convenient to eat. Opposite is the museum, which you can visit.

This hotel is a masterclass in disappointment. The atmosphere is utterly nonexistent, with a depressive design that feels more like a neglected institution than a place of rest. Drab colors, outdated decor, and a pervasive sense of gloom make the environment stifling. Worst of all, the mattresses are ancient, worn-out, and so uncomfortable that a decent night's sleep is impossible—expect to wake up sore and exhausted. The overall experience is one of neglect and discomfort, making this hotel an utterly regrettable choice. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

First time in NP. Loved this hotel. It was so comfortable and clean and classy. Unbeatable location to walk everywhere. Great friendly helpful staff.

Absolutely top notch stay, beautiful rooms, very clean and well maintained, beds were super comfy. It was my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary and they were greeted with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and sweet treats on arrival. We had the two Queen Victoria suites which are at the end of a hallway with a large door that closes the hallway off so we could open up both of suite rooms doors and still have privacy. Suites have cosy gas fire places plus air cons for all year comfort. We also booked secure parking for $30 a day which I recommend, so convenient to be able to drive straight in to an undercover park with a lift up to your floor, especially as it was torrential rain a few times. All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Simply superb. Well appointed & clean with excellent decor & the small deck was an added bonus. Comfortable bed but the special treat was that seperate toilet !! Professional friendly staff . Great location easy to walk to town bars & cafes We intend to be back !

We had only one night at Kings and Queens, next time it would be longer. Beautiful interior, inviting you to relax, especially as it is so quiet. Comfortable beds, and great room amenities available. Close to a choice of cafes and restaurants. Staff exceptional
