Manager (female) just started shouting at me, as soon as I answered hello to interphone. She said she will charge 1500$ penalty for in the event of alarm ringing. I don't expect this rudeness from hotel staff. I asked her "at least say hello or inform me who you are!" And she refused because " I know who you are and you know who I am" There was no manner or etiquette towards guests. I didn't cook in my room. I didn't open my room door. But she kept squeezing me for another room. Ruined my holiday. So disappointed. Never try quest!

Unfortunately the nice spacious rooms were ruined by infestation of mites/flees. Multiple bites on several family members over 3 days in two different rooms. Living room/bedrooms all infested. Room 211 and 212 - Avoid at all costs.

The top sheet on the bed had a dirty stain when we first moved in but it was dealt with the next day.
The power was turned off one day when the room card was
lifted.
Replacement coffee had to be asked for twice.
