Spa Hotels in New Orleans

The room is small. The window is smaller than the average Queen size. It feels old. The bathroom is very small. I found that the bathroom light was not on before going to bed at night. I don’t know why. It was still not on until the next day. There was a lot of noise outside the window, maybe from the air conditioner or something. Fortunately, we were very tired and fell asleep. When we were awake during the day, we basically didn’t stay in the room. It was still very noisy after staying for a while. We lived on the 5th floor. There is a swimming pool on the 16th floor. It is very small, but it is enough for children to swim. It is still very comfortable to watch the sunset.

The front desk service is very good, but the travel converter cannot be used. The front desk also specially helps arrange for people to buy it and deliver it to the room. The room service was also very fast. They even sent a piece of bread, so I was too lazy to argue.

The location is very good, super close to the French Quarter. However, the location of the room is very poor. The windows are facing the high wall opposite the Hutong.

This hotel is very close to the French quarter in New Orleans, a hotel with history and cultural connotations. Not only is the service attitude of the staff super good, but the experience of staying is also very good! I will definitely book this hotel again next time I go to New Orleans!

There was a used soap bar in the shower when we arrived. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very soft, it was not comfortable. When we arrived the room was warm and the water was hot. Part of the way through our first shower the water got cold and the heater quit working. The next day it got COLD outside and there was absolutely no hot water, got out of a cold shower and the air was blowing very cold. They did send someone up to fix the issues and we had hot water that evening. When we woke up in the morning the room was 79 degrees though the heater was set at 70. It was very hot. The shower was cold again and there was brown water leaking through the ceiling tiles above the shower. The location was convenient and the view of the river was really nice.

Stayed 2 nights part of my trip and I really enjoyed the Loews hotel. The king bedded room was huge, with good river view (except the Harrahs hotel in front of my room). The bed was great and comfortable. Big TV, mini-fridge and nice furniture. The bathroom was huge too and luxurious. Separate bath tub and shower. I was on 16th floor and it was relatively quiet. The hotel lobby and entrance is wonderful too. Location is great and within walking distance from the main attractions. Staff was mostly nice. Only downside is the internet access. Paid around 230 USD/night with taxes but no breakfast included. A solid hotel and with good standard in luxury

Great location only minutes walking distance to the cruise port/outlet mall and is across the street from the streetcar/trolley line, and only a block from the WW2 museum. From here you can go anywhere in the city that you need. No pool but we don’t swim a whole lot so it’s not an issue. Staff was super helpful with an issue with our room and allowed us to check in early. Will gladly recommend this to anyone and will probably use it again next time we visit New Orleans.

Away from a Hurricane!!! Stay at home or relocate to a hotel were my options due to the proximity of the storm Francine. I was under as to what to do. I made the decision to stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel was a hit. The hotel is located close to the most exclusive boutiques, bars and restaurants of French Quater. The parking garage was super accessible, just across the street from the hotel, which facilitated everything to me. The hotel staff was very friendly starting with the Front Desk team Dallas and Zaliana. They both make me feel like I was at home. The best cocktails drink were made in the hotel lobby bar. During your stay asked for Craig. He was awesome! We did not needed to leave the hotel for nothing. The hotel has an exquisite cuisine. The food and desserts were delicious. They served almost everything. If you love burgers, Brandon is the guy. 10 out of 10. For desserts the sugar donuts were delicious. I should say that the cleanness of the hotel was spectacular. The housekeeping crew was amazing. Beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate their hard work. Most definitely, without a doubt, I will stay at Q&C Hotel and bar again and again. Wonderful experience, but most importantly make me feel safe during my stay. Until next time.

The location of the hotel is good, the room is super clean and tidy, the whole hotel is in line with five points, why I didn't give five points just because the location of my room is not so good, facing the roof full of a lot of air conditioners

The hotel was very clean and located within in 5 minutes walking from Canal street and Bourbon. Check was friendly and quick our room was very cute and clean.
