The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. Our room was not ready when we arrived, and we had to wait outside for 20 minutes while it was still being cleaned, despite having the keys. Additionally, we were unaware that our room would be located on the other street, and we weren't prepared for the noise from Frenchmen Street, but that’s manageable. Also, the Wi-Fi connection is weak.
