It was great that the Mardi Gras parade passed by on the road right in front of the accommodation! Clean, cheap and ok for a short stay.

Amazing staff. Ac in our room did NOT blow cold air. We were so uncomfortable we checked out early. Didn’t even sleep in the room.

It was not so expensive. The bed was ok although I prefer a harder mattress. No fridge on my room. sheets are polyester so sweaty and glitsy. Window can not open and like the other hotels this tour the air is stale. Good shower, quantity of towels and soaps. even an iron and table. I was on side so not too much sun or trafic noise. But do not use the laundry with your credit card. It is hacked and from Vietnam tries to get money from it. The credit card company suspected and called. Now the credit card is not use able for reservations which is very irritant. It seemed to happen more often. Breakfast also ok. Free parking nearby and neas stop of streetcar number 12 right to the famous Broad Street. 3 dollar for 24 hours riding, pensioners 80 cents. High frequency . Good choice

Can’t believe the 4+ star reviews online. So many things about Quisby Hotel is subpar. The tiny lobby/lounge area is musty. The feel of the elevator to the hallway and the room is depressingly on the deep-cheap side, given its cost. The room size about 12ft by 12ft is displeasingly congested with a full-size bed and double bunk beds, and a small tv mounted on the wall. No desk. No clothes drawers. Barely room for two luggage bags. Again, everything feels subpar. Oh, the worst—Quisby Hotel has no parking. Patrons are advised to find hourly meter paid parking anywhere on the avenue: unbearable. Buyer beware!

I loved this hotel! I would definitely do this one again if I come back to New Orleans. It was only about a 10 minute drive from the French Quarter and there were some food options around the hotel as well. The staff was very kind and helpful and our room was clean. I enjoyed the vibes of this hotel so much!

We absolutely loved the Quisby Hotel!! It was very safe, clean and the staff were amazing! The bed was so comfortable, the room and bathroom were extremely clean! We would definitely make a return visit!
