Vimos malas reseñas, si anticipas tu llegada y no pretendes un servicio permanente como en un hotel 5* este lugar es tranquilo tiene suficientes elementos en cocina x dos personas, ascensor y está limpio! Muy contentos con nuestra estadía, volveríamos!

La sistemazione (camere e alloggi) si trova in una posizione ottimale per il centro, a 10 minuti a piedi da Bourbon street e il quartiere francese. L'alloggio è un piccolo loft con soppalco. Nuovo il bagno, molto apprezzata la disponibilità di docciaschiuma, balsamo e creme. Tutto il resto vetusto e non pulitissimo (moquette piena di macchie). L'appartamento ci è stato dato per 4 persone ma il divano letto è terribile: materasso sottilissimo, tutto incurvato al centro. Terrazza in comune molto grande mai pulita in 6 giorni (resti di bagordi notturni di ospiti incivili mai tolti). Rapporto qualità prezzo (io ho pagato molto avendo prenotato per i giorni di carnevale) non soddisfacente.

Quaint little apartment with a great balcony and historic charm. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the space was nice and comfortable. The check in process was easy and we had access to everything we needed. It had a few small things that needed to be fixed but that is to be expected in a historic building. We would definitely stay again.

This is not a clean or well maintained resort hotel--it is downtown but the staff are not available and they non-existent--if you need any supplies--you got down the hall in 403 and get them yourself--towels and Tpaper. Just not an RCI quality-resort. I needed peace and quiet for my work (taxes) and that was great--but frustrating to have no assistance for drips and problems

AWFUL! noisy, extremely DIRTY! sofa bed was impossible to sleep. Manager impolite with my family, not professional at all. In the photos, you can see the dirt. There was a hole in the ceiling. Don't go there... better to sleep under a bridge.

DISAPPOINTING hotel! I’ve never been in such an AWFUL hotel in my life. When we arrived, towels and the sofa bed were not ready. Then…Photos speak by themselves! A big hole in the ceiling was the least thing. The following morning, we wanted to ask for a room change AS WE COULDN'T SLEEP because of the dust in it. No one in reception. We called more than 10 times and email twice. After being the whole morning trying to contact them by email, etc. they gave us a new bedroom. We had to wait one hour though, and not even an apology! The new bedroom was super noisy and the sofa bed was impossible for sleeping. TV not working neither. The reception area and the stairs can not be more dirty. Last day, they didn't make the room up. I called them but I got no answer. The only positive thing: 4’ away from bourbon street. Finally, they've charged more than 200 dollars extra and still waiting for the refund. I've called more than 6 times today and sent several emails and no answer yet. INCREDIBLE!

Dirty and old … you smell **** constantly throughout the building . Housekeeping / cleanliness was horrible . Bed uncomfortable. Ceiling fan sounded like it was going to fall out of the ceiling . No shower curtain upon arrival . Had to ask twice for extra bedding for pull out bed . Best part of this property was the balcony where you overlook canal st and get to people watch . Had to carry luggage from parking garage to room because the few spaces in front of property always had cars parked there . I would not recommend this place to anyone and we definitely wouldn’t stay again. We could’ve stayed somewhere nice for the same money .
