This was our first time staying at the Le Pavilion. We had a beautiful time. The service was immaculate. The breakfast was spectacular and fulfilling. The building is very luxurious and has a a lot of cool history in those wall. It’s conveniently near the french quarter and bourbon. We will definitely book again!

I have 3 gripes; no free parking, only one operable elevator, had to pay an unexpected Preservation Fee of $15.00, State Tax of $1.42, City Tax of .75 and CVB Assessment .26 a total of $17.43.

A truly fabulous hotel. Great location, close to the French Quarter but far enough away to not hear it. Beautiful reception area and dining room. Nice breakfast. Lovely big bed. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This would be without doubt a five star review if I could get a suitable resolution to having my incidentals charge refunded. The hotel is lovely , a great location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, everything you would want. The room was clean and amenities were excellent. Our agent stated breakfast was included in our stay but this was not correct however this did not detract from the wonderful stay. However my nightmare began on my return to the UK when no refund had been issued and over a dozen emails later still has not rectified this issue. Hope someone reads this and sorts this out and restores my faith in Le Pavillon.

Upon arrival we were informed our rooms which we had booked for a 7 months were canceled due to a payment issue. There was no contact to attempt to get alternate payment whatsoever. The inconvenience did not stop here. Stacy Mcroyal the manager belongs nowhere near the hospitality industry. She refused to help me in a sense even in finding other accommodations. She was extremely disrespectful, even disrespected my wife and giving us the nastiest attitude I have ever endured. I have been staying with Marriott a long time and never been treated so poorly not even in a foreign country. Upon leaving the valet made sure to inform me I wasn’t the first person she had done this too. So if they can sell your room for a better rate they will do the bare minimum in assisting you with any issues.

The room was nice and I liked the staff all around but the highlight of my trip was the mixologist. He was outstanding! So if you're ever in New Orleans and you need great vibes and a great mixologist, visit here and ask for RICKEY!

The hotel is cute and chic. The staff is super friendly and hospitable from the valet, front desk, and the bar! Rickey and crew were phenomenal! Rickey gave us vibes, energy, and a historic explanation while having us cracking up, both Thursday night and Friday! And get a burger!!
