Do not expect a five star stay at that historical place - expect a decent hotel, with one or other "discrepancies". The staff was at the check in and on the check out - verry verry friendly, already given some informations, about places to go and what is not worth to go. The room cleaness - was okay - the Hotel itself, they know, that they cannot - and i think they don´t want to match with big groups. A big advantage is a free parking space at the road, the Hotel itself, was quiet during night! Close to the Hotel - there is a starbucks coffee for breakfast . All in All - if you want to stay - as it was in former times - stay there.

This hotel should be condemned.Its filthy ,run down and unsafe .I had an electric shock plugging my phone in.The air conditioning didn't work.It hadn't been cleaned and there was vomit in the toilet.I tried to work with them to find a decent room but there was none so I left.They didn't refund my money and as someone who is out of work and came to the city of an interview,this really stung.How can the owner sleep at night ...this is out and out fraud .

Good affordable choice Good location, an easy walk to Frenchman and Bourbon Street. Felt very safe walking back to my room by myself in the middle the night. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Air conditioner worked well, and there was a ceiling fan above the bed. Shower not great, and there was no table or desk. I would stay again.

The hotel will steal you’re room deposit please don’t go to the hotel,the rooms have bed bugs and roaches 🪳 I wish I never went to this hotel,it’s not safe area tho be in,they will come in you’re hotel room while you sleeping,I was scared for my life

I stay there all of the time. It’s close to the Quarter and a large grocery store. The rooms are just as good as any in the quarter but cheaper and quieter. Has a courtyard and sometimes open bar. Staff is friendly and if you don’t mind bringing your own towels up or sheets they will get them to you quick. Very close to Frenchmen Street and St. Claude bars and restaurants. Rooms are fairly clean I’ve for sure paid more fore ones in the quarter that are not as nice. Fun place!
