The kindest friendliest staff. Wanda who was there every day for our stay was a treasure. My only complaint was no grab bars for getting in our out of tub/shower. I’m 75 and my sister is 77. Room was clean, beds comfortable, not fancy but we came for the sight in New Orleans .

We arrived the day before the “historic snowstorm” in January 2025. Wanda graciously greeted us and explained the weather expectations. She managed the entire facility(desk, food service, all phone calls, customer needs, etc) with the utmost professionalism with a smile on her face while most of her colleagues were not able to get to the hotel. She walked one day so she didn’t miss work. She should be highly recognized for going well above and beyond any employer’s expectation. Amazing job Wanda!

The room was not clean throughout. There were no carpet in the room, which was a first floor, and the flooring was sticky. Although, the room was spacious, but smelled like musk. The bathroom is outdated, the floors were dirty, sticky, and patch work from previous damages is visible.
The breakfast was the worst. The waffle machine was broken, the meat and eggs was horrible. Not everyone eat dairy and the eggs were folded with cheese inside.
The noise from upstairs was nonstop. I will never stay here again, and the money I paid for these nights should be refund.
However, the only great thing about this stay was the friendly staff.

Ms. Wanda!!! Amazing Amazing AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond!! I mentioned I had a nine year old disabled child with a sensitive immune system. Not only did she make sure my request were met, but she also gave me so many activities for my baby to do. She was the best!! Definitely will stay there again!!

Excellent service. Due to a recent knee injury, I requested a room on the first floor and access to easy parking. They placed me at the very end of the building, next to the side entrance where I could park easily. Highly recommend.

Wanda at the front desk was beyond rude. She does not listen to the guest. She talks over the guests. She is very unprofessional and I will make sure that I do not stay at this property again.

Stag was utterly fantastic. Went out of their way to make us feel at home and accommodate us when we missed our flight. Will definitely stay here again.
