My safe locked without me putting in a code and the hotel was quick to get it opened up for me. I was a little panicky because My flight out was early the next morning.

Such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredible! A very special thank you to Sharnell for going above and beyond. I was very nervous about visiting NOLA during Essence Fest out of fear of getting bad service, but this was NOT the case here. The room was spacious and the restaurant in the lobby had amazing food.

The location of the hotel was close to the downtown area. I was able to stay in a clean room with a city view at a reasonable price. The staff were all friendly too. Valet service is provided for a parking fee of about $45, but most nearby hotels also require a parking fee.

The location is very good. The room is nice. It would be better if the glass can be cleaned.

it's okay The room was small but tidy. Parking fee $30 (self parking next door) ㄴ $45+tax for valet application Air conditioner was noisy but adjustable poor sound insulation 10 minute walk to Bourbon Street There is a Starbucks across the street Re-registration twice because of frequent card key errors

#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Activities, Mosquito Control Measures, Bed Comfort Level, Corridor Soundproofing, Safety, Soundproofing; Overall it is good, especially the location of the hotel. It is a quarter of an hour's walk from the Morial venue, and next to it is a green square. It is very easy to find on Google Maps. It is just on St Charles Street, and you can take a tram for sightseeing diagonally opposite. Tulane University is on this line, and there are world-class immersive museums, World War II museums, which can be visited by tram. Very convenient. There is a sushi under the Intercontinental Hotel across the street from the hotel, which is delicious and not expensive. Let's talk about the hotel itself, you have to pay more than 40 knives in tax and a 100 knives deposit to enter the store. The extra-large city view room, with the street view of the city on both sides, is worth the price. Prices tripled during the meeting. On the first day, I found that the shower was broken, and it was quick to call for repairs, but the workers' English was not good, so it took a little time. After repair it works fine. Except for this bug, everything is OK. By the way, let me tell you those who are preparing for the New Olympics trip, the airport express bus 202, 1.25 US dollars, walks a quarter of an hour from the hotel, and drives directly to the gate of Armstrong Airport, the first bus at 4:10.
