The staff was very friendly. Beverly, at the front desk, when I checked in was very nice. Dewayne was very helpful as a valet and also helped us with our bags. The location is great, situated between the French Quarter and the Warehouse District. Lots of places of interest and great places to eat in every direction. I highly recommend.

We arrived at 2:30 AM and there was somebody to guide us with a check in and how to get to our bedroom.
Our bedroom was impeccable, same as the bathroom.
This hotel has kept the old style and it is a very charming place that is kept really nice.
 The room was very comfortable. It also has the old style and it is very cozy and nice.
 The bathroom in our room is 100% remodeled and it is now really nice
We stayed for three days and during our stay, we were never bothered by knockings on the door or anything like that. It’s a very nice and quiet place to stay.
We were very happy with the way the room is set up and the way it is decorated, and it is good to mention that the bed was also set up really nice and it is a very comfortable bed
 We did not have the chance to eat in the hotel, or to use the bar but everything looked really nice to us. Overall, we were very happy throughout our stay, and we would recommend this place fully.

Charming hotel in the French Quarters. I really enjoyed our stay at Bienville House. The staff were all friendly, and the room was very nice. I enjoyed the location most of all. We were close enough to everything we wanted, but it was still quiet at nights.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for our needs. However, there was no air conditioning in the elevator, and the lobby area felt quite warm. In our first room on the second floor, the air conditioning didn't work well, we moved to the third floor which was very comfortable.

The mattress felt pretty old so everytime on of us laid on it the other would roll into that spot as the mattress would dip under the weight. The sheets also wouldn’t stay on the mattress, there was no fitted sheet just a top sheet on the mattress and then another one on each side of the duvet and no duvet cover. One of our sheets did have a whole and the pillow had a stain. One thing we enjoyed was the ice water in the lobby all day. We did try out the pool but there were no towels for us to use. The WiFi was also terrible so I couldn’t even use it. The tv is also only had cable and half the channels didn’t work at all.

The staff was AMAZING! Friendly, efficient, always smiling. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the location was perfect for all of our adventures. Definitely a must stay here if I ever go back to New Orleans! Thank you Bienville House and all your staff. You all rock!
