Let me start by saying that this hotel has a bit of the old world charm. It feels like a historic New Orleans hotel, I like that very much. I visit New Orleans about a dozen times a year for work, this was my first stay at Prince Conti. My review would have been more positive had it not been for the horrible service provided by the young lady at the check in desk. I wish I had her name to share here (she worked at 11 am on 6/27), but of course she had no name tag and following her rude comments l'm sure that any name given would not have been correct. She was ignorant and rude from checkin to checkout and all interactions between. Lastly upon checkout I asked to be allowed to checkout at 12, she did not even respond, only shook her head no. I walked to the elevator and overheard her say " he got me f_cked up, I want all of these f_cking people out of here so that I can go home and take a bath" (yes that verbatim). This ruined my experience and not only will I not return, I will not recommend to anyone. If I had time on my side, I would have requested to speak to someone of more authority report in person. Hotel management, do your business a favor and remove this person immediately.

The service is perfect. The location is perfect. I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed and the cafe doesn't have beignets.

Prince Conti Hotel is our favorite hotel in the French Quarter. We've stayed there many times and our experience is always wonderful. The staff is friendly and accommodating; the rooms are clean and inviting; and the location cannot be beat. We reserve the Junior King Suite which allows us more room... and a small sitting area where we can plan our daily adventures or relax after dinner It's also nice to have the cocktail lounge ( Bombay Club) right out the door so that we can listen to music nightly before we head to the room. The hotel is not fancy but totally reflects the spirit of NOLA. Highly recommend it!

One of the best places to stay in the Quarter. Convenient to everything but located on a quiet street. Front desk staff and bellmen were always pleasant and helpful. Hotel is reasonably priced and has the feel of a more expensive hotel. Like everywhere in the Quarter, parking is very expensive, but the hotel has its own secure parking lot, allowing easy access to the vehicle The mattresses are a little too firm for my taste, but that's a personal preference. Housekeeping kept the room clean and restocked on a daily basis. Rooms contain a mini fridge and a Keurig coffee maker but no microwave. I'll be back.

The hotel was charming, located in the center of the French Quarter; the room was spacious and well-appointed. And the hotel was very clean. Best of all was the lobby staff who were consistently helpful, knowledgeable and personable!! This hotel is tops!!

This is my 5th stay. I consider trying a new place every visit but always return to Prince Conti for several reasons. First is how friendly and helpful the staff is, this time especially Will Smith and Keiana. Second is location, easy walk to restaurants, Jazz fest shuttle, and Saenger Theater. Third is comfort. Amazingly quiet just one block from Bourbon Street. Comfy beds, great water pressure in showers. Will be returning.

A wonderfully convenient and charming hotel just a half block off Bourbon St., yet it is remarkably quiet. The rooms are nicely furnished, well maintained, and reasonably priced. Recommend the junior suites which require booking direct.

Comfy quaint boutique hotel in heart of Quarter
Loved this hotel. Great location in the heart of the quarter, lovely old school vibe, spacious and comfortable rooms, great water pressure in the shower, very comfortable beds and pillows.
