I absolutely loved this hotel. The level of service is unmatched. I didn't want to go home. The rooms are spotless and the staff is amazing. We enjoyed breakfast at the Grill 10/10.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a premium suite queen. There was plenty of room for our family of 4, very comfortable and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location wise, it’s perfect. Slightly away from the very busy areas, but near enough French Quarter etc to walk (we felt safe walking around in early evening, but were obviously careful). The Polo Club is excellent, although note that the food is more of a snack size than a proper meal. We visited here 3 nights. The Friday night was very busy and we had to wait over an hour for food which was less than ideal. Saturday night was much better, and the live music was excellent. We had the jazz brunch at the hotel on Sunday which was worth doing - nice food whilst listening to the jazz band. The pool area is clean and there were plenty of sunbeds available, although obviously the pool size is limited as it’s a city centre pool. The pool drinks service was average. I asked for a non alcoholic cocktail ($9) which turned out to be a splash of rose/violet cordial, with some lukewarm warm, flat, soda water (I queried this and was told that’s how it was supposed to be). If that is the standard of drinks normally, personally I’d avoid it! All in all, this is a great hotel and I’d happily return.

I can set the room temperature to my preferences ( really cold). NO NOISE!! What soever. If you've e er stayed in the French q quarters you know that noise pollution, specially at night; is a big problem. Not at Windsor Court. The rooms are quieter than a church mouse. Besides, the concierge floor has such g great food and atmosphere that I very seldomly have a reason to leave at night.

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip and absolutely loved it! Our suite was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the club lounge. The pool was very nice as well, and we spent more time at it than I expected — it was a lifesaver in the heat. I’d recommend getting down there early, as seating is limited. The entire staff (front desk, lounge, valets, housekeeping, pool) were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is an easy walk to all the fun touristy spots, and a quick Uber to the Garden District as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

We are here for a friend’s anniversary party. The room is amazing, foyer, mini kitchen, living room with breakfast table, large vanity area next to bathroom. Clean, up to date, great coffee. The event was on the top floor with a view. Best food and service ever!! Highly recommended!! Will be back

I'm not certain I can truly describe the level of hospitality I experienced at The Windsor Court - everyone was professional yet warm and welcoming. A true testament to people who love their jobs and are invested in the hotel. Although it's rather large, the hotel has the feel of a boutique hotel. The furnishings and designated areas are well appointed and beautifully decorated, perfect for conversation and socializing. My premiere suite was very spacious! My favorite features were the crisp linens and deep soaking tub! Attention to detail was evident in every part of my stay, from housekeeping to the Grill Room as well as the bell staff and front desk. Each night, I looked forward to the treats and turndown service from housekeeping! A few people made my stay extra special: Ms. Jackie (VIP Manager), Mr. Edgar (Grill Room), Becca (Front Desk), and Maria (Housekeeping). I look forward to returning to the Windsor Court in the future. I fear all other hotel stays will pale in comparison. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I made a fatal mistake many years ago. I took my wife to the Windsor Court for the weekend. Now she will not stay anywhere else. Most recent trip was five star plus. From the time we checked in until the time we left, everything was perfect. The young man who took our luggage up to the room had many ideas on things to do in the area. He was spot on. The maid service and turned down service was perfect. The room was clean. There was nothing they left to chance. We checked out early on Sunday morning. And from the time that I called for someone to help with our luggage tomthe time we pull out of the driveway with less than 15 minutes. As we drove away, my wife said when are we coming back?

This hotel is an amazing place. Probably a 15 min walk to Jackson square and a block away from two street car routes. Plenty of restaurants close by too. The public areas are spacious and quiet with plenty of places to sit and enjoy a drink. We had breakfast and dinner in the Grill Room and were impressed with everything. They provide lots of water bottles in the room or on the way out to help keep you hydrated. The gym is one of the best we've used - lots of equipment, water, fruit, snack bars, towels and AC. The staff make this hotel - without exception they were friendly, attentive and interested in us. If they could do something to add to our stay then they would. Loved our stay and would return again.
