A nice place to stay but they could use to change a few things. They used to have a continental breakfast until 10am, for the prices they charge they should bring it back. They should also have larger size towels upon request for us "bigger" guests. The staff is excellent, very friendly. Stewart and Andrew the Bellmen. Mark, Matrice and Patrice at the front desk. The recently remodeled rooms look great.

This is our second time staying here. Can’t see enough about the staff. Beautiful accommodations right in the heart of the French quarter. Staff will do anything and everything to give you a great day. Great for couples kids and anything. We’re coming back from a cruise and flying out that day and they’re even letting us keep our bags for the day after we get back when we’re not staying. They’ve helped us with every imaginable thing and I never worry when I’m staying here because I know they’ll take care of me. It’s all about the people, can’t recommend this place enough.

We’ve stayed at many hotels in New Orleans, but Place d’Armes is by far our favorite. The staff is fabulous, and the rooms and grounds are beautiful. Also, the location near Jackson Square is quiet and convenient to all major attractions. As always, everything about our stay was perfect!

Place d'Armes is a little oasis in the French Quarter! We enjoyed hanging out at the pool in the afternoon as well as sitting out on our balcony in the morning while sipping our coffee. It was close to everything we wanted to go by foot and felt it was reasonably priced. Patrice and others at the front desk were always friendly, greeting us every time we were in the lobby.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was in a perfect location and we were able to get everywhere easily. The bed was my favorite thing. The bed was perfect sheets were perfect and perfect weight. Not so tight that you can't move. The staff were friendly and accommodating to what our needs were. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

This was our nicest stay in quite a few trips to the French Quarter. The location is great being only a stones throw from Jackson Square. The hotel itself is wonderful with clean and spacious rooms, a nice courtyard with a salt water pool and great staff. A ten minute walk to Frenchmen Street with plenty of restaurant choices and pubs in walking distance.

My mom, daughter and I went for a quick weekend girls trip this last weekend. The location was PERFECT, our room was beautiful and the staff were attentive. This hotel will be my new go to place!!

Stunning hotel with an even more impressive staff! The location was perfect for walking the French Quarter, it was also incredibly close to Cafe Du Monde for a quick walk to a nice coffee! We were traveling with kids, so being close to Jackson Square was really great! I recommend upgrading to the Courtyard Rooms, 100% worth the extra money! Shout out to everyone working at the hotel, they were helpful and kind every time they interacted with us - special kudos to Stewart who anticipated our every need during our stay!
