This hotel was beautiful and pictures didn’t do it justice. My husband and I came to New Orleans to elope and they were so nice to let us use their courtyard. Not only that, they gave us a complimentary breakfast and free champagne. I would definitely stay again!

I booked a King Suite with breakfast included for a 6-night stay and am currently on the fifth day of my stay. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been disappointing. The room is poorly maintained, with inadequate ventilation, and no complimentary drinking water has been provided throughout my stay. What’s most unacceptable is the issue with breakfast. I specifically paid for a rate that includes breakfast. However, on June 18th, when I arrived at the dining area at 7:45 AM, I was told that the waiter was not available and therefore breakfast could not be served. Instead, I was only offered a free coffee. This is unacceptable. I paid for a room with breakfast, and yet I did not receive the service I was promised. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed and an appropriate resolution provided.

I loved our stay here . The room was very spacious , the hotel is charming and in a great location. I've been to NOLA many times before but I liked staying here because this hotel truly has the Big Easy feel . The pool is small but nice to take a dip . The bartender was very friendly and made us beignets after the kitchen had closed. We even received a welcome chocolate when we checked in . We will definitely stay again .
