#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of Public Areas, Politeness of the Staff; The hotel is in the central area, convenient for sightseeing. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is super convenient for self-driving travel. We caught up with a big cold wave, and the hot water in the hotel had to be turned on for 20 minutes to get hot water

Stay away from this hotel! Checked out on July 17, 2025 and alerted the front desk that there were bedbugs in our bed. Emailed the pictures as requested - no response. Called 3x - no response. Obviously General Manager DOES NOT care.

dont let the name Hilton fool you. the service is abysmal. except for the location there is nothing good about this hotel. they had one person to take and cook breakfast. she took 1.5hrs to get us food and it wasnt that great. the lift is so slow, we waited 20 mins just to get the lift. there were paper cups in the room to have coffee. no mugs and no glass. the hand soap and towels were missing and we had to ask for it a few times before we got it. i will not recommend this place
