The Eleanor New Orleans

The location is good, walking distance! The entire apartment is nice, the bedrooms gorgeous! Clean! Beds is so comfortable!

This was a beautiful place with great amenities. The unit was very clean with updated bathrooms and kitchen. It’s a perfect place to stay if you have a large group. I would definitely do it again. The only issue is that if you need anything you have to message management and wait until they get back to you. However, they are generally pretty responsive.

The Eleanor is the best place to stay in NOLA. Perfect location. Close to the French Quarter and all the shops and restaurants on Magazine. The rooms are impeccable, spacious, and luxurious. The communication/ check-in/checkout is seamless. My favorite place to stay.

The place was clean and nice. I didn’t like the fact that after we arrived, we got all the rules. I feel like the rules should be known when booking so that you can decide whether you wanna stay there or not. I had quite a time trying to get in touch with someone when our keypad stopped working. I think it’s pointless to have the host if you don’t have direct access to them. To file a complaint about the keypad I had to go on a portal, which wasn’t really clear on how to get to, I ended up sending out an email and then finally got somebody but we ended up having to leave our door opened so that we will be able to get back in. I didn’t like the fact that we had to continuously clean towels. I feel like that kind of took away from our vacation. we paid a good amount to stay there so I feel like that the place should have at least offered towels. other than that, the overall stay was decent. it would have also been great if parking was included in our stay we paid $20 for Friday and then the rest of the weekend was like $30 for 24 hours might not seem like much but when you’re on vacation those pennies add up.

Being in walking distance to pretty much everything especially Bourbon St and transportation. The room was nice and spacious. Only issue for me personally is the lack of communication is definitely something I dislike. I love the atmosphere of the rental including the rooftop pool area.

We rented 3 units for a family getaway to celebrate a birthday. Shane was great in helping me book what we needed. Units were fabulous and clean. Didn't have the greatest view.. but didn't go to New Orleans to stay in the rooms. Fully stocked and check in was easy. Only reason I didn't give 5 starts (and only complaint) was the cleaning crew. Their english was limited and they didn't have 2 of our units ready at check in and the day of checkout, they ENTERED 2 of our 3 units (without knocking) before our party was gone. And I had paid extra for late checkout! Some family left early (7am) but others had later flights so not sure if they thought the units were empty but they entered and people were in the rooms asleep. Didn't appreciate that at all. However the Eleanor is a great centrally located place that was perfect for our needs.
