This is a marvelous B&B - great home, host and hospitality. Beautiful view that is very close to Shenandoah Caverns, Route 11 potato chip factory and American parade warehouse.

The house and deck had gorgeous views of the river and mountains. It was peaceful and relaxing. Donna, the owner, was very accommodating, sociable and offered us access to the entire home with use of the kitchen, fireplace, outdoor fire pit and outside deck areas. Breakfast was also excellent! We higjly recommend this BandB and will look to visit again in the fall.

Very relaxing, comfortable stay.
Donna does everything she can to make you feel welcomed, at home, and informed about your options for dining, shopping, activities.
Our room and bathroom were very clean, well maintained, functional. Slept very well.
Enjoyed our fellow guests at 9am breakfasts.

Lovely greeting by owner and her pup. Loved their porch all decorated for the holiday. The bed was glorious. It was nice to sleep so clean and comfortable after a long travel day. We didn’t get to walk around the property much but it looked lovely. Pet friendly was so helpful

I’ve stayed here with my boyfriend twice and it was lovely both times. Donna is very flexible with breakfast plans and check-in times if needed. The location is quiet enough to not hear cars rushing by but close enough to Shenandoah National Park to be an easy drive.
