Great stay! We really enjoyed the whirlpool tub in our room, and the pool and hot tub area is just beautiful. The breakfast was great, too!

Outstanding Breakfasts. Looked forward to each Next Days' meal. Keilbasa was exceptional, and I wanted to buy a bag of their granola and bring it home.

Let me start off my saying that I’ve been here for a while and I saw how the hotel operated. I’ll start off with the good: 1-The room I got was a large room. Loved the size. I loved the fact it has a door that led outside to a small patio. The room itself was great. 2-The front desk clerk, sorry I forgot his name. He was very helpful. Answered my questions, got answer for me if he didn’t have the answers. He was able to fix problems when they arose. He is not the man who wears sleeveless shirts. Now the bad: 1-The door outside only head 1 deadbolt that locked but you had to lift the door for it to work properly, this is die to the hotel settling. 2-the heater would make funny noises. 3-the “fire place”, when you flipped the switch to get heat, would smell like propane. 4-the shower heads would turn on at the same time as the tub faucet and you could turn either head off, both stayed on. The faucet for the tun would stay on at the same time as the shower heads. 5-the utensils were cheap and old. Needs replaced. 6-when you needed the manager to take care of something, good luck. Couldn’t reach the manager. 7-I was at the front desk for over half an hour trying to talk with someone. I yelled, hit the bell, called, and went looking for someone, nothing. 8-the cleaning ladies were terrible at their jobs. They walk in when the do not disturb sign would be up, I think they stole from me, or they could clean. If they did, they would clean at and did poorly at that. 9-I got charged almost $500 and no one knows why. Finally got it refunded. 10-the side entrance would sometimes work There’s more but who has that kind of time. Don’t waste your time nor money here.

Comfy bed, very clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub in the room after a long trip there. The free breakfast was awesome and had plenty of choices and good coffee. Good location good access and easy to find with plenty of parking

Check in was ok but kids running up and down hallways at 5 am not good breakfast was warm at the least and not replenished we at at 8am and they serve till ten Saturday how ever was alot better koodo'S TO THE PERSON working that day .room was clean and well kept
