CAPITAL VIEW HOTEL

I had a great business meeting at Capital View Hotel in Ghana. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant The hotel is stunning and the hospitality is commendable. The meeting facilities are well-equipped, contributing to a productive atmosphere. Overall, a solid choice for business endeavors. Particularly like to mention Ophelia who showed us the facilities I definitely will be back

The hotel is one of those used for conferences, big, anonymous and badly managed. My room had two windows, one on the corridor, which means no light but a lot of noise, the other on a closed narrow space, no idea of what it could be. On the whole very dark, I couldn’t distinguish night from day. The furniture was ugly and basic, but there was complimentary water/tea/coffee. Bathroom had a tub with shower and the water was hot (there is a boiler to switch, the water wouldn’t last warm for two people but I was alone). The restaurant was appalling: at 5 I ordered a goat soup to be ready at 7, I had to wait till 8 and it was inedible, the goat was so tough that it couldn’t either be cut or chewed. Breakfast was terrible too, a dirty-looking buffet with few options. There is a swimming pool but I was no allowed to go because it was closing in 15 minutes. Wifi worked, even if not all the time.

The technology applied to the room is great and I loved it. The provisions in the room are excellent, considering the space, bed, and many other things.
