Charming and Intimate
My beau and I stayed there for his birthday in Room 15 and it was exactly what we wanted - great view of the river and steel bridge going into Lambertville, with a partial view of the waterfall. The room and deck were sizable and comfortable, and you had complete privacy. The staff was very attentive and recommended places to check out in New Hope, which is a charming town. The Carriage House was centrally located and walking distance to everything - even to Lambertville where we spent the second day exploring.
I would definitely return when the leaves are turning - it really was an enchanting stay.

Had an amazing stay! I can’t say enough about how much I needed to get away and also feel safe doing so. This was the perfect spot. Room was amazing and good for all the senses. Staff was wonderful. Very very comfortable and a lovely view!

Bold restoration of the building. Light on the services, but heavy on charm. Loved that it was pet friendly. Location is a bit awkward. Only one down side: building mechanical system was very noisy.

We had a wonderful stay at the Carriage House. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The view of the Delaware River from the attached porch and the sounds of the nearby falls made our stay memorable. The Carriage House is a short walk from the main Ghost Light Inn where you check in. There is no on site parking but you can part at the nearby Ghost Light Inn. There are only three rooms so it was very quiet which was just what we were looking for. Housekeeping was great and out room had a small refrigerator with drinks and snacks in the room which were pretty expensive. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend it.

My husband and I rented out the Carriage House for our wedding weekend in August, held at Stella of New Hope. This was by far one of the best decisions we made! We had two of our closest friends stay in the a-joining apartments, and we were able to centralize in the Suite's kitchen throughout the weekend. It is spacious, beautiful, clean, quiet, comfortable and has a gorgeous view. I can't recommend this hotel enough if you're having a wedding in the area, or getting together with friend's for the weekend.

My husband and I just returned from an amazing stay at The Carriage House of New Hope. If you get the opportunity to go New Hope, look no further than The Carriage House! All of their rooms are spectacular but we had the opportunity to stay in Room 13 and it was magnificent!!! I highly recommend it. It was beautifully decorated with a large amazing kitchen, comfy bed, well appointed and spacious bathroom, and a full size living room with a fireplace and large screen TV. There is even an outdoor deck space overlooking the Delaware River with the sound of the waterfall! Check -in was breeze and the room was very clean. Super quiet too!! Very relaxing getaway, we would totally stay here again next time we are in town!!
