We thought this was a 5* property. The price you pay far exceeds the service, food, drinks, experiences you receive. This is our first time to a Sandals and sadly it will our last. The resort itself is a 3 star and I was hoping with great food and service it would be upgraded to a 4 or even 5 star. Sadly that was not the case. The food was average at best. Sometimes even not even edible. There is little to no fresh fruits and or local cuisine. The service is 1* as we didn’t find any of the staff to be friendly…it felt like they were just going through the motions and sometimes downright rude. The drinks were horrible as well … the bartenders had no idea what they were doing nor did they even care. I felt like I had to beg for a drink and getting anything top shelf was nearly impossible. We were told Tito’s is an up charge. Lol. Tito’s. . I honestly feel like all the other reviews are fake or they have never been to a quality all inclusive resort. After 4 nights of sleepless nights due to the thumping we heard until 1 am each night we requested a quieter room. At first we were told no they couldn’t move us and we decided to leave the next day. Magically they were able to accommodate the move and we decided to stay however the stay really didn’t get much better. The beach is really not swimmable as there is sea grass so we just hung by the pool each day to hear the same play list and crappy service each day. Save your money …go to another all inclusive where they actually want your business. You have been warned.

Amazing Couples Vacation
Our trip was winter getaway and was amazing! The resort is gorgeous and the staff very helpful and courteous. The resort is amazingly manicured and clean. The restaurant options are fabulous. The beach was beautiful and well maintained daily. I can't say enough good things about Sandals South Coast. We'll be going back!

Re-connecting with Friends
Trip & Stay was amazing! Five couples were able to meet up! Staff so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Arrival time was delayed due to snow storm from departing airport - Sandals was very flexible - really appreciated!

Just returned from our 7th visit to this resort. As always the most amazing, helpful staff from the hotel manager to those wonderful grounds keepers. Absolutley we will be returning to this hotel without hesitation. My wife suffered a Pickleball injury and the hotel staff could not do enough to assist us . The nurse was so nice and even checked on my wife a few times to ensure a quick recovery . If you like the car service I strongly recomend Jenoy. This gentleman is absolutely amazing if you like a truly friendly upbeat informative driver. Yes, we just got home on December 1 2024 and have sent my request for Jenoys services in 2025.

Overall the trip itself was good but we probably wouldn’t go back. We were excited to celebrate our honeymoon but a little disappointed nothing special was done. We made other honeymoon friends and they talked about baths being drawn for them, rose petals, and champagne set out for them in their rooms. The dinners were very good especially the sushi restaurant. Unfortunately the service at the restaurants was iffy and took a long time. The cleanliness of the hotel rooms could have been better although our bed was made almost daily. Our air conditioner stopped working one night and it took us calling a few times to get it back up and running. Overall it was a good trip but it didn’t feel special for our honeymoon. We would try other sandals resorts!

Excellent resort! Beautiful grounds, super friendly staff! Butlers Tajay and Lavado were amazing!! Best butlers we have ever had. Food not as good as previous visits but still loved this place. Quiet resort. We are not big party people so this one suits us perfectly. Had beachfront walkout butler room. Amazing location with spectacular views.

Just spent a week at Sandals South Coast! Beach is beautiful! Food excellent! Tray at Altitudes was friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Italian village section. our room was very nice but needing a little bit of TLC it’s starting to look tired. What made the trip so enjoyable for us we’re our amazing Butlers, TAVOY and KHANI! Sandals these two employees need to be recognized for their exceptional customer service! They went above and beyond all of our expectations! Thanks for the great week guys❤️🇯🇲

This was our 9th visit to South Coast, same week every year. Always a fabulous time. It was great to see friends who also go this same time again… friends we met years ago at South Coast and some wonderful new friends! Some special mentions to those staff that make the trip SO memorable: our butlers Tevar (Papa Smurf) and Kevin —- thank you both SO much for all you did! Alicia — Hotel Manager; Kimberly D and Talia at Eleanor’s. Weather was great, the Rondovals perfect again…our favorite), food was great; some special meals from our butlers included curry goat, fried lobster tail, coconut drops…wonderful! We’re booked again for 2025 and 2026!

I had the most amazing pedicure and manicure at the Red Lane Spa and want to thank Tracy Ann Bour for her expertise. Both the mani and pedi were the best I’ve ever had. She was so pleasant and helpful. I just wish Jamaica wasn’t so far away! Thank you Tracy Ann!
