The rooms in this hotel are quite nice. The twin room is big enough, the facilities are environmentally friendly, simple and clean, and very design-oriented. Sparkling water is available in the corridor, and the children love it. The only bad thing is that the front desk gave me a room with a window facing the inner patio, so there is no view at all, and the frosted glass can only let in a little light. Fortunately, we arrived at night and only stayed for one night, so we didn't change rooms. The hotel is very close to Yale, and it can be reached in ten minutes by car. There is an IKEA mall next to the hotel, and there is a shared free parking lot. But apart from IKEA, there seems to be nothing else.

The room is new and clean. The location is also very good, only a five-minute walk from the old campus of Yale University. You can reach the chapel by walking along Hight Road and crossing two intersections. I am very satisfied with the hotel. The only drawback is that the parking fee is too expensive, $39 per night, while Ctrip recommended $25, and it is valet parking, which is really inconvenient to use a car.

The hotel is not big, but the facilities are very warm and the bathroom has a hand shower. The front desk staff are very welcoming and affable. New Haven is a small city, and the hotel is very close to Yale. It is also very close to the train station, only 10 minutes by taxi. There is no breakfast in the hotel, but there is a cafe, which tastes good. If there is food that needs to be heated in the microwave, the lady in the cafe will lend you a microwave. The number of restaurants around is okay and the pizza is delicious😋

The location is very good, quieter than the upper city. Across the road is a 24-hour pharmacy or supermarket, as well as an Internet celebrity restaurant, and it is also close to Central Park. The room is slightly small.

I booked a room with breakfast included. When I had breakfast in the morning, I asked for coffee and fruit (fruit is paid separately). The waiter did not give me a menu and said OK. I thought it was a unified breakfast. But other people's breakfasts were delivered but ours was not. Finally, after communicating with the front desk, the menu was delivered to us. I felt that the waiter discriminated against Chinese people.

I have stayed at a hotel for 5 days, the bed is comfortable, the facility quite well which free drinking water dispenser was enjoyable, people all nice to me. If I find fault with on purpose, which was the coffee maker disappointed me very much, hope them will refreshed the beans. By the way, I have 2 deposited each 50 dollars, but it seems not refunded back.

There is a long desk in the room, which is just convenient for me to deal with some work every night. There is a heating cabinet next to the sofa. It looks not good, but it is very practical. In this snowy day, I will twist and dry the small items that need to be washed and put on it. It will be dried the next day. It will be dried before changing clothes. It will be warmed up. I unlocked the new function. The service is just right, will not disturb me, will not be too enthusiastic, but when there is a need, can help in time, clean the room regularly every day, change towels, etc. (I saw some comments that foreign hotels do not provide these services every day after check-in)
