The location was convenient, but the services provided do not justify the high rates charged per night. The bathroom lacked basic amenities typically offered by other hotels, such as hand wash, a dental kit, a hair dryer, and slippers. Additionally, one of the water taps was leaking, which added to the inconvenience. The breakfast also fell short of my expectations. It seems the charges are primarily for the location rather than the overall experience. I strongly recommend adjusting the rates to better align with the level of service provided.

Hotel management was very cordial and rooms were near and clean. Breakfast was good. As it is in CP, there is no connectivity issue.

It's in the middle of Connote Place, and it's essential for shopping and dining. There are many different types of restaurants, so you don't have to worry about your daily meals. You can also have breakfast for your stay. The staff are very friendly and I think the service is good. However, when it comes to facilities, there is no elevator, so it is a little painful to climb and down the stairs every day. Still, employees will help you when you check in and out, so you don't have to worry about it. The room is air-conditioned, so it's okay with room temperature. It also has a small refrigerator. The safe for valuables is too small to put a notebook pastako, so I would like you to replace this with a large size. Also, the WiFi connection was weak and communication was interrupted during use. This has a lot of room for improvement. Every day, he offered me a big size mineral water ２ book, which was a great help. Water is life in India. The stay at the emerald hotel was very quiet and there were no problems, but i was bothered by the noise of the train.

The room is cozy and comfortable for a single traveller, thr couch is especially a highlight of the room and makes it a relaxing corner. But there is leaking of Water from the showing Partition and the hotel cannot offer harder pillows that makes my Neck Pain worse.

Well, it is reasonably clean. The staff are friendly and it's quite nice. It's my first time in India, so I wonder if it's normal not to have a hair dryer. It's about a 20-minute walk to New Delhi Station, so it's doable if you try. On the other hand, the biggest drawback is that the train tracks are nearby and you can hear the train horns blaring until late at night.
