Aerocity Hotel Ashoka Palace

I BOOKED 3 FAMILY ROOMS FOR 1 NIGHT FOR MY CLIENTS. HOTEL IS NOT UPTO MARK ALSO ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED AND MAINTAINED. STAFF BEHAVIOR WAS VERY BAD AS WE HAVE SEEN IN OTHER DELHI HOTELS. BETTER TO TAKE AIRPORT HOTEL GRAND GIVING SOME EXTRA AMOUNT PER NIGHT.

Stay away from this place. Crooks and looters worked here. I had booked my reservations and they had my reservations in the system. After they took my passport they told me the price so I preceded to give them my credit card. I was told they take cash only, I told them I don't have cash. Then they told me I can go to the ATM in the morning, I told them I don't have an ATM. They they tell me to book a second time. They were scamming me for 2 nights. What a horrible thing to do to visitors, especially in the evening when it was late. I had no choice but to escape this place because I felt my life might have been in danger. All single females, do not come to this place. I've stayed at countless hotels in India as I've been coming twice a year since 2009 and NO HOTEL has ever done this. They thought they could get over on me. Really disgusting hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places
