Golden Tulip Gurgaon (Sector 29)

I only had one request, I booked the room (one of their premium) with breakfast. Due to some important work I had to leave early so I requested hotel manager if I can have lunch or dinner instead of brekfast because I won't be available anyway. They outright said NO. See I understand every hotel has policy but I am also spending more than 30 days a year in hotels and I generally had to skip brekfast because of flight or anything else other hotel were so supportive they said YES without a second. Or provide 50percent discount on alacarte lunch or dinner. They provided nothing. NOTHING.

The food is very good in this Hotel. Mr. Salman and Mr. Rhitikh served us so well. Their service is excellent. The rooms are average. Some rooms have bathtub in place the bathroom which is not so comfortable. The swimming pool was also not in a working condition

Rooms are good and clean. Room service is good. Breakfast is good and service provided from guard to chef are good. Thanks for the good experience

Very good sta, its comfortable, quality food, respecr of guest, kind nature of representitive and all over feel very good

Ultimate experience with the property and the staff was very experienced and helpfull in terms of every thing , reausturan or bar

It was very pleasant stay in hotel golden tulip. Food quality and all other facilities were good. Hotel Location is also in green and clean area with minimum sound polution.
