my experience with this hotel is excellent...🥰 The location is very prime, the staffs is well mannered and extremely helpful...food was awesome and the toilet and room was neat and clean...I stayed here with my family..I am surely coming again in feb 25 😃😃

we had booked 3 rooms, two double bed and one triple bed. Rooms were good. but triple bed has only one charging point. service was good. Staff was cooperative, they let us early check-in i.e. at 8.00 AM.
Near to New Delhi railway station. Hotel has 4 floor with lift. we didn't had any meals. All rooms has no windows, thus no fresh air and natural lights. Area is peaceful and silent in night thus no noise and peaceful sleep. Bedding was good. Hot water available but in evening you need to request for hot water. Air conditioner was perfect, has to keep on due to non availability of ventilation. Area and Hotel both are safe for families. There are many Hotels and Dormateris in Arakansha Road. A bit cleanliness issue chair handle and top of Almaris and fan were dusted. AC filters also needed to be cleaned as dust particles were coming out of it.
Need improvement in over all cleanliness. Rest everything is fine.

Un hôtel sale du haut en bas. Chambre sale et poussiéreuse. Un personnel pas formé. Un homme qui vous harcelle pour vous vendre un tour organisé, épuisant! Très sincèrement ce n'est pas un bon plan. Nous avons quitté rapidement. Cet établissement ne correspond en cas au confort minimum souhaité.

I, dr. Reza, had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and key areas. The ambiance of the hotel is impressive, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, which made my stay hassle-free. The room was clean, well-furnished, and offered a cozy environment. Breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Overall, i had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting delhi.

The hotel was too bad and staff were of very inhumane behaviour and rude .They talk politely on the arrival and once you checked in you ask fir any assistance they won't do and talk in an inappropriate manner.They will do badtameezi when ask for help.

Room was stinky, dirty, sockets were burnt, bed was emitting fowl smell. The photos was good but actual situation is pathetic and worst. Additionally they made us wait 50 min to give a room during checkin as they were still cleaning the room. Very horrible hotel.
