We stayed in their family room, room was spacious and big. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The food is good. Location is very convenient - walking distance to Bikanerwala, Hanuman Mandir (108 Feet Jhandelwalan Hanuman Mandir), Ajmal Khan Road, Gaffar Market. It is a central location and close to New Delhi Railway Station. They dont provide kettle and tea/coffee in the room. The rooms are reasonably priced.

The dirtiest, most disgusting, and filthy hotel I have ever visited in my entire life. I have worked in the tourism industry for several years and have visited hundreds of hotels, but I have never encountered such a shabby, dirty, possibly illegal place. After complaining to the relevant authorities, the best they offered me was to send an employee with a broom to sweep away the crushed cockroaches (6 in total) and that was it. No upgrade, no room change. I strongly advise every single Indian citizen and foreign traveler to avoid staying in such a place. This is not just about cleanliness and comfort, but about health and hygiene. I wish Google, Booking, and other platforms would REMOVE SUCH ESTABLISHMENTS FROM THEIR SITES. हॉरर मेरे जीवन में मैंने जो सबसे गंदा, घिनौना और गंदा होटल देखा है, वह यह है। मैं कई वर्षों से पर्यटन उद्योग में काम कर रहा हूं और सैकड़ों होटलों का दौरा किया है, लेकिन मैंने कभी ऐसा अति घिनौना, गंदा, शायद अवैध स्थान नहीं देखा। संबंधित अधिकारियों से शिकायत करने के बाद, उन्होंने जो सबसे अच्छा प्रस्ताव दिया, वह था एक कर्मचारी को झाड़ू के साथ भेजना ताकि कुचले हुए कॉकरोच (कुल 6) को झाड़ा जा सके और बस। न कोई अपग्रेड, न कमरे का बदलाव। मैं हर एक भारतीय नागरिक और विदेशी यात्री को सलाह देता हूं कि वे ऐसे स्थान पर ठहरने से बचें। यह केवल सफाई और आराम के बारे में नहीं है, बल्कि स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता के बारे में है। मैं चाहता हूं कि गूगल, बुकिंग और अन्य प्लेटफार्म ऐसे संस्थानों को अपनी साइट्स से हटा दें।

I've bene for 3 days. I gas eventually some minor problems with shower and bathroom Door but immediately solved be service. Good for position. Nice room with good air conditioning. Near the hotel there are 2 metro stations, Easy ti get Uber or tuk tuk but no restaurants. Good service

The rooms were well-maintained and had a relaxing vibe. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, The food options were great for everyone. The location felt safe and was close to metro station, They provided me with everything I needed, including toiletries and a late checkout!
