It was terrible the room was not cleaned the bedsheet was not properly washed and the ac was not working even after a lot of complaints they didn't change it and there staff is very rude

I recently stayed at the grandview hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel’s amenities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which featured a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, within walking distance of popular attractions and dining spots. Overall, the grandview hotel provided a fantastic stay, and i would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can’t wait to return!

Though it comes under 4 star category. It is not at all a 4 star property. Everything in the room is unclean. The drapes, the bedback, pillows, bedsheets, toilets, i mean everything. The walls have worn out, paint has come out. Everything is shouting repair and maintenance. The breakfast spread though ok, taste-wise it was bad. The only saving grace here is the courteous staff minus the ladies on the reception desk. Smile ladies, you are in the hospitality industry. Being courteous is a must.

Not good for wall and curtains "1-star review for the disappointing level of communication. Front desk would play a game of 'telephone' leading up to our stay and then during it. My wife and i wanted to know if we could get an early check-in time, but whenever we called they'd put us on hold and literally never pick up or call back! during the stay, it wasn't much better. Really wanted housekeeping for a clean room when we returned from the beach, but no one ever told us how to do that and there was always a long line in the lobby to alert the front desk. All in all, so disappointed by the staff who never seemed to pay attention to myself other guests said the same thing"
