We have stayed at Eros multiple times now. We love it, especially because of the location.
Food is also good , however not sure of the reason today but breakfast buffet was below average.

The room is still relatively spacious, but it has been renovated for a long time and the facilities are outdated and backward. For example, the air conditioner in the room is noisy and the temperature cannot be adjusted to a comfortable level. Safe deposit box number not working. The bed sheets are also relatively old. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is of poor quality and overpriced.

It is a good 5 star facility. Good location, good food and good staff. Rooms are a bit small, and need repairs and maintenance . Breakfast is ok. Staff is helping and courteous. Overall a good experience.

Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly.
Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options.
Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky.
Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.
