I stayed a room on the ground floor, behind the reception.
Good:
Nice restaurant at the Rooftop,
Not good:
- Room lights Switch Location. The switch is by the bed. So when I entered the room I had to walk towards the bend in the dark, which made me kind of uncomfortable.
- Shower room layout. Even as I took shower carefully water flow wemt towards the toilet then it looked not clean.

The hotel is nice, but the street is too crowded and dirty.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Dehli. The staff are exceptional, going out their way to make sure you have everything you need. My wife left some clothes in the room and they were kind enough to send it to our hotel in Jaipur. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel with great food (huge portions and great prices) and staff. Reception were super helpful and the tour desk had amazing deals for trips. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed five nights in New Delhi during the harshest period of the year, when humidity is at its highest and temperatures are also the highest in May and June. Therefore, the air-conditioned hotel environment and indoor environment were enough to escape to. However, for my wife, who was visiting India for the first time, the Paharganj district, a high-density commercial district also known as the Great Bazaar, which spreads to the west of New Delhi Station, was a harsh and chaotic urban environment that overturned the common sense of travel, unlike anything she had experienced in Japan or Europe. She lamented that she could not stand the place and never wanted to stay in such a place again. However, for me, who has experienced India several times, the Paharganj district that I chose was a seductive space. The surroundings are by no means hygienic or clean. Tap water and ice are taboo. However, the fruit I got from the stalls was delicious, so I decided not to book breakfast at the hotel and just stayed in the room without breakfast. I complained that the room I booked was different from the one I had booked when I checked in on the first day. It was small and there was no refrigerator. It was strange! It took a while to change rooms, but we were able to do so. However, when we opened the window, which looked like it was just a tacked-on window, we could only see a tiny gap between the building and the room. There was no light or air coming in, and the window didn't work, so it was unfortunate that we shouldn't have judged the room based on the beautiful photos, but we were the ones who made the reservation, so we put up with it in the end. A refrigerator is a must. We should have asked for one when we inspected the room in advance. In addition, the water slope of the shower room was incorrectly made, so the toilet flooded when we took a shower. We were asked for extra bath towels and needed to make some kind of dike to prevent water from getting in. After five nights, we thought about staying longer because we needed to, but we moved to a nearby hotel because we wanted to try something different, but contrary to our expectations, the indoor environment there was even worse, so we regretted not staying longer at this hotel. It must be a well-known and prestigious hotel in the Baharganj area. When we told the destination to taxis and autorickshaw drivers in New Delhi, they were very familiar with the place. Either way, it is recommended for adventurous Indians staying in the difficult Baharganj area!

There is a McDonald's about 3 minutes' walk away. There are many buses nearby. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the train station. The subway station is very far away. You can call Uber for door-to-door pick-up.

Overall it was clean and comfortable. The location is a little noisy with the street, but the attached restaurant was very good.

This is a hotel located in the downtown area. It seems to be a popular hotel among Westerners. Service is average. WiFi didn't connect very well.

A really comfortable hotel in the heart of Delhi. Staff very pleasant and helpful. It's rather overwhelming to find yourself in the middle of Delhi but the staff were very helpful with advice etc. They have a really, and I mean serious really, good restarount called the Indian Grill with fantastic food. My husband who is italian opted for the pizza and said it was fantastic and buonissimo (that is a great compliment from an italian on pizza!!). Head waiter lovely!!

The reason we chose this hotel is because quite close to the main station and we had an early morning train but not in the best area Wouldn't be happy to walk around at night Anyway helpful front desk in the early hours checking in Building works being carried out including reception didn't make great impression Room was spacious, comfortable and clean Breakfast was very good with excellent waiting staff We also booked the Delhi Street Food walking tour through the hotel and it was fantastic and therefore increased my rating of the hotel

Don't be deceived by the photos, the hotel is currently undergoing major constructions work inside. The ground floor restaurant has been ripped out and all day you can here work being carried out, even on the 4th floor. We had several powercuts whilst we were there as a result. The Twin Room in the photos has a window overlooking a service shaft, that is it, so there is no natural light as they cover it with a blind all the time. There is still a rooftop bar and restaurant which is best described as average. You are very well located for New Delhi station and are right in the hustle and bustle of it all. The reception and room service staff were all very friendly. Their in house taxi driver is an absolute star. In summary the staff are good but then venue is letting them down. We should have been made aware of the works before arrival.

Had a great time at this hotel the cleaners people at the reception and the people at the restaurant were great. I felt the chop at the travel desk was very pushy at times. I was quite relentless. It got to the point where you had to put your head down and walk out the door without not looking up before he tried selling you something or giving you advice on what he thought we should do we found this slightly irritating also while staying there throughout the day and resting there was building work that was going on down in reception which there was always hammering going on which in itself became quite irritable after awhile it would’ve nice to have been prewarned as we made this booking over a year ago if them work was going to be happening

This is a nice and proper hotell. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and good food in the restaurant and for breakfast. I will especially recommend their driver, Visan, which was really great to have as a guide and a driver for sighting around New Delhi. Just be aware that the era around is quite noisy.
