Great hotel in a good area of Delhi. 20 minutes walk to the arch. Nice aroma in the lobby and in the room. Comfortable bed. There is a swimming pool and sauna. Delicious food. Excellent service.

Brilliant stay at the Claridges. The Suite was wonderful, recommend 100 percent. Had lunch at Erawan, a Thai cuisine restaurant.

This was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel upgraded our room free or charge and the facilities throughout the hotel were excellent! The gym was huge, the pool, steam room and massage facilities were all top notch. The breakfast was also large and varied and the restaurants we ate at were all delicious! Thoroughly recommend.

Horrible hotel. Stuffy small dirty rooms, non cooperative staff, dirty bathrooms, old amenities, overly priced. Pathetic experience not at all recommended. Only benefit is it is centrally located. They are easy in their old style of dealing with guests. If you need something the staff even tells u go get it yourself. Happened twice in ten hours.

Our experience at the event hosted by the Observer Research Foundation for the Argentinian Foreign Minister was excellent. The service was impeccable, and the staff was very helpful. A special mention to Pintu, who was particularly proactive in attending to our needs and coordinating with the rest of the team. Overall, it was a lovely experience. One small suggestion for next time: perhaps offer a few more dessert options!
