Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Here are a few key points that led to my two-star rating:
1. Poor Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was extremely unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during my stay.
2. Poor Airport Connectivity: The hotel is not conveniently located near the airport, which made my travel to and from the hotel quite cumbersome.
3. Unprofessional Staff: The staff at the hotel were unprofessional and did not provide the level of service I expected. Their lack of training was evident in their interactions with guests.
4. Average Food Quality: The food served at the hotel was quite average. It lacked flavor and variety, which was disappointing given the expectations I had.
5. Charged for Water: I was surprised to find that the hotel charged for basic amenities like water. This seemed unreasonable and added to my dissatisfaction with my stay.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Airport Residency was far from ideal. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.
