Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Here are a few key points that led to my two-star rating:
1. Poor Connectivity: The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was extremely unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during my stay.
2. Poor Airport Connectivity: The hotel is not conveniently located near the airport, which made my travel to and from the hotel quite cumbersome.
3. Unprofessional Staff: The staff at the hotel were unprofessional and did not provide the level of service I expected. Their lack of training was evident in their interactions with guests.
4. Average Food Quality: The food served at the hotel was quite average. It lacked flavor and variety, which was disappointing given the expectations I had.
5. Charged for Water: I was surprised to find that the hotel charged for basic amenities like water. This seemed unreasonable and added to my dissatisfaction with my stay.
Overall, my stay at Hotel Airport Residency was far from ideal. I hope the management takes steps to address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Great quality of service and close by to the airport. The staff of the hotel is very helpful. Will definitely visit again.

The hotel front road is blocked and not in operation, so no ola or cab is entertaining the ride or charging more for a long route. Hotel rooms are good for couples. The property is averagely maintained. In spite of being close to the airport, connectivity to the airport is difficult.

The hotel is good and rooms are big. We upgraded the room with luxury so my kid can enjoy in bath tub. They didn't check the bath tub that is leaking. Also it takes an hour in getting hot water in bathroom

This hotel is very good for family stay, it has very good food and rooms. Small points where they can improve upon:
better audio insulation of rooms would be appreciated as we were able to hear people talking outside our room. Better explanation of room amenities like tv set top box would be great. Overall very good experience.

The staff struggled a bit with the ******* booking because we had just booked it while at the airport. Despite their troubles, they were very friendly and apologetic and figured it out. We stayed there for the day while on a layover between flights. Our room was large and clean.
