Room is pretty pathetically small, was given a single bed. Cleanliness is horrid. Mound in the shower. Other than is near to Connaught place. Pretty much it.

The rooms are pathetic, Smelly and so unhygienic. The switches are so unclean that you cant imagine coming with your kids. The check in experience was the worst, it took around 30-40 minutes even after requesting that we have baby infant. Worst 5 start hotel I have ever stayed in.

We stayed for 5 days, which included breakfast, but we only had breakfast one day because the breakfast staff were really unfriendly—don't laugh at the story. We ordered tea three times, but we didn't get it by the end, so we didn't have breakfast for the rest of the four days. We would never go there again because of that. The 5-star hotel and the staff were so sad, unbelievable.

Perfect hotel to enjoy family vacation, Hotel lobby area is clean with comfortable sitting area, room clean, comfy bed, air conditioner works very good, washroom very clean... Rich breakfast with varieties of food. Hotel staff very polite and professional.

The room is very dirty, the bathroom is not clean, the bed is old, the towels are very old.

The only reason the stay was good because the room was very clean and housekeeping was done everyday. Otherwise, the toilet flush had problem, the safe box didn't work and the promise to get it replaced never came. Sometimes the lifts have some issues closing which leave the guests leaving the lift and waiting for another. It would have been good to have more breakfast variety being a 5 star hotel. The service recovery duration is pretty slow and need to call them a few times to chase. Above all, it would be great if the staffs at the reception area are more welcoming and have a smile on their face. Each time I approach them they hardly have a smile on their face and they give a very monotonous reply. I had high expectations on this hotel being a 5 star rating but it was quite disappointing.
