The security was solid, so I felt safe staying there even though it was my first trip to India. Although the room was a little small, the windows were large and it felt open. The breakfast was Shangri-La quality, and they even had pork sausage, which is hard to find in India. I was a little disappointed that the pool, which I was looking forward to, was under renovation and I couldn't use it.

OMG! This is probably the best hotel I stayed in such a long time. And I stay in a lot of different hotels regularly! The price is unbelievable when compared with the facilities , the service, the fantastic (absolutely fantastic) personnel and the food options. The room was excellent and breakfast was superb (the amount of options and the variety is really crazy. And the quality is hardly seen in a hotel this days).
I recommend this hotel from top to bottom. And I will certainly be looking to stay with them again if I have the chance.

Review:
I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th June with my partner. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was on my period and ended up staining the bedsheets and pillows. I completely understand that there may be charges for the damage, and I was willing to take responsibility for it.
However, what truly disappointed me was the way the hotel staff at the reception handled the situation. I did not feel treated with respect or empathy. Instead of addressing the matter with understanding or discretion, the interaction left me feeling deeply embarrassed like I had made a huge mistake just for experiencing something natural.
Hospitality is not just about managing rooms; it’s about how you treat your guests in uncomfortable moments too. I genuinely hope the hotel team can be more sensitive and respectful in the future.
