We had a delightful 3-night stay at Amarpali Grand Hotel in New Delhi. The overall experience was outstanding, especially the exceptional room service and baggage handling. The staff was prompt and ensured we were comfortable, providing water and assistance whenever needed. The restaurant food was generally very good. Spicy food lovers will thoroughly enjoy the menu, but as someone who prefers milder flavours, I found some dishes a bit overwhelming. The idli and dosa, in particular, seemed under-fermented, likely due to winter conditions. If fermentation isn’t possible in colder months, it might be better to avoid serving these items to maintain the restaurant’s high standards. On the positive side, other dishes that were less spicy were prepared exceptionally well, showcasing the chef’s expertise. For those craving authentic South Indian food, I recommend visiting Naivedyam, located just 200 metres away, which offers a more traditional experience. Overall, Amarpali Grand Hotel offers wonderful hospitality, with a few areas for improvement that could make the experience even better. I would happily recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay in New Delhi.

The overall experience was ok but not so pleasing. Staff were friendly but always looking for tip only. Cleanness ok, food average,. So before staying at amrapali grand hotel, have a look at other hotel also. Near to it you can have jaypee siddarth hotel. It's really good hotel.
