Stayed recently for one night. Outdoor garden area and swimming pool is great. Inside is spacious but rooms are in need of an upgrade and modernisation. You can hear everything in the hallway too and unfortunately there was a wedding on when I stayed which meant lots of loud music and guests walking around till about midnight. This is not considerate for other guests who are catching an early flight in the morning and this is a hotel tour companies use because it’s close to the airport. Food was okay but bland. Rooms smelt of smoke. Bed was clean. Shower worked well. Staff friendly. It has the potential to be a great hotel if it was upgraded and there was some kind of policy for wedding guests to not occupy the hallway and keep other guests awake.

Tv not working since we check in despite related reminders to staff, no hot water in this chilling winter, hotel/resort staff is not giving solution to inconvenience about basic necessities for room guests but only unprofessional assurances r ether than prompt in doing needful. I wonder about commitment of services by service provider while booking. Is this professional ethics of hospitality of ashoka country resort as well make my trip booking people. Horrible experience.

Dampness in room with a bad odour, had to change the room, no bathroom sleepers as the staff mentioned its not under their policy to provide the same, too much noise in the corridor, had to almost struggle withbthe staff to get champaegn glasses, room shown in the app was different which was given to me. When asked for water the same was given in a flask and not fresh bottles.

Close to the airport, we had our room on the ground floor. Room & bathroom was old; but clean. The room smelled a bit musty. Breakfast buffet was oké, eggs on choice. Some fresh fruit. Choice of rice dishes. Diner was also on buffet and was oké with a varried choice.

In diesem Hotel stimmt gar nichts, unfreundliches Personal, Bad und Fenster dreckig, Wand schimmlig, beim Frühstücksbuffet werden die Reste vom Vorabend aufgetischt. Ich kann von einer Buchung nur abraten, es gibt genügend gute, erschwingliche Hotels in Neu-Delhi.
