Good and clean

Pretty happy with this hotel. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in the B1 was amazing. Price was great and taste was great too! Service was good, just hoping all of them are consistent as some were amazing but some were so so. Prajat was the best and made sure he went above and beyond. The best thing also here was the insulation. The sound was not coming inside the room which was fantastic as new delhi traffic is terrible and it is very noisy but the room is completely sound proof!!! Great!

My recent stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico was far from satisfactory. The hotel is located in a narrow lane, making parking a major hassle. Waterlogging was also a recurring problem during my visit. The room sizes are incredibly small, with barely any space to move around. Cleanliness is a significant issue here; the lobby carpet was dirty, and the first room we were given had a filthy toilet and a malfunctioning safe. After requesting a room change, we were moved to another room, but it had a musty smell due to moisture and dampness. Finally, we were shifted to a third room, which was slightly better but still very small, especially the washroom. Overall, this hotel does not offer value for money, and I would not recommend it.

Pathetic will be under statement! The bath towels are at least 10 years old and same with the bed linen and they all have turned to yellow color from white !!! The entire hotel has just two iron boxes and you have to wait to get it and then after sometime someone will come back asking for it - never knew iron box so costly and rare object ! The room is not clean at all, all dust everywhere and very old. The location is way too pathetic. Never going to stay there and please stay away !

Awesome, hospitality staff was well behaved and well groomed, quick response for any query , polite behaviour ,rooms was well decorated and even surprisingly their Food was damn delicious I always recommend my friends and relatives to must visit for staycation
