Terrible mould smell from old ventilation system, was obliged to cancel booking for return staying on 8th Aug because of that. Amazing window view ;)

Quite a controversial hotel, suitable for an overnight stay before a flight
The reception staff was not particularly friendly and simply skipped half of the questions. They did not explain anything, did not even guide us where the elevator was
The pool was photographed beautifully, in reality it was very sad and small
The room was already shabby, although I really liked the design. The audibility was very strong, at night people were leaving and in the corridor they were just shouting and talking for about 10 minutes, you can't get enough sleep in such a place. I can note that the restaurant on the 2nd floor is excellent, it was very tasty and beautiful

The hotel was so pretty that I booked a room at Rossit instead of the hotel I usually go to. The room was big, but the closet was inconvenient for me. They also gave me a room right next door, so when I opened the window, all I could see was concrete. I don't think I'll stay here any longer. The front desk staff weren't very friendly either. But the food and spa were the best.

Reliable, friendly service. Location is great for a transit evening stay. Felt safe travelling solo, requested room near to lift and they were accommodating. Concierge enquiry response before check in was swift. Will stay again.

Hotel location and food is good but the hotel amenities are bad to the price they charged. Room mattress was uncomfortable and sagging spring. Not much gym amenities.

Spa manager was Devika- she provided outstanding service and professionalism.
