Excellent location Hotel was good location, hotel service good,

They try hard but all the furniture is old, rooms are run down, and the area is terribly noisy.

Small hotel in backstreets, good location, helpful and friendly staff. Basic, clean room with two large double beds. Great for short stay. Room on 4th floor, lift, small terrace, quiet location, staff arranged onward taxi with good price and no problems.

worst bed sheet and pillows. seems like they do not change bed sheet even after check outs. water kettle was very rusty. all they need is money. they charged us double the price they mentioned in internet. bathing soaps were terrible. they even turned of the ac in the midnight. suggest you do not go there. they literally gave us nothing for 2000 ic.

We stayed in Hotel Emporio 3422A, Desh Bandhu Gupta Road, Gali Hari Mandir, New Delhi 110055, India on 1st May 2022, and the room condition when we see after reaching the room was pathetic. For a three-night stay for two rooms, they charged us around INR 12,550/- We came after a 6-hour train journey and reached the hotel at around 11:15 pm at the hotel with two families of four adults and three kids. The linen was not even washed with stains all over it and the quilt is torn. The room is not clean with pan masala spit spots on the wall. TV is with hanging cables and within the reach of children. Wifi is not connecting at all with two times we called for assistance and they couldn't fix it and the attitude of staff are also very rude. Bathroom conditions are pathetic. The cleanliness of the floor, room, and bathroom is also pathetic with all over dust and is very poor. There were spider webs on the ceiling. It was rated 8.7 with very good comments on a famous online travel agency portal and that's the reason we booked there. Never reserve the rooms based on ratings and photos displayed on online portals, Book and pay only after physically seeing the hotel rooms yourself.
