Located in the middle of Connaught Place, there is no shortage of shopping and dining options. There are many different types of restaurants, so you don't have to worry about what to eat every day. You can also add breakfast to your stay. The staff are very friendly and the service is good. However, as for the facilities, there is no elevator, so it is a bit tough to go up and down the stairs every day. However, the staff will help you check in and out, so you don't have to worry about that. The room is air-conditioned, so the temperature is fine. There is also a small refrigerator. The safe for valuables is too small to fit a laptop, so I would like it to be replaced with a larger one. Also, the WiFi connection was weak and sometimes the connection was interrupted during use. There is a lot of room for improvement. They provided two large bottles of mineral water every day, which was a great help. Water is life in India. It would be even more appreciated if they provided a hair dryer in the room.

The location was very good. The hotel staff were kind. There were no problems with room cleaning.
If I could request it, I would like to have hair conditioner and a hair dryer in addition to shampoo as amenities.

The staff at the reception was rude ! The other staff and the *** at reception was hesitant to move my luggage to the room.They were like do u want it all or just one.Leave it at the reception. As per the price and all place is OK but staff is a big turn off and pathetic.

Stay was decent. There is no lift but the hotel is in the heart of CP so it’s very accessible to good locations. Rooms are neat and clean.

It was marked as a 3 star hotel but in actual it was terrible no lift no one to pick ur luggage from the ground floor the rooms were pathetic at that price point this hotel is a waste of money being at a prime location of delhi and still pathetic
