grand orion exceeded all my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every part of my stay was comfortable. the ambience of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, creating a perfect setting to relax.
the real standout was the food — every meal was exceptional! each dish was crafted with great care and tasted absolutely fantastic.

I went in Sunday . I asked for something to be delivered to my room but they said they have nobody . There is a window ac in the room which takes time to cool down

Leaky washroom. The placement of AC in the room is awkward - does not cool the bedside easily . Very very oily food and very limited spread for breakfast which also felt stale - dried up bread and all. And whatever was being made fresh was again very oily. Front desk people are cooperative showed me other rooms but all had same ac placement. No step was taken for the washroom issue.

All good, no complaints. Except the room was on 3rd floor, direct sun facing. Ease of parking, nice staff.
