I had a nice and safe stay there in the middle of Paharganj. Friendly staff, everything clean. Close to New Delhi Railway station and in the centre of Delhi chaos.

Hotel is located in a slum, really rough area unfortunately. Very dirty, nothing was sanitary, sheets and pillows are old and with many stains on them. Whole building reeks of cigarettes and sewage. Management is practically incompetent. Not even worth the small amount paid, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to stay. I would advise to avoid at all costs.

Property location is good
Room facilities and maintenance are below average and needs to be improved. With respect to the room rate, the quality of amenities are poor..Fan regulator not okay, fan makes big sound, towels are not changed very poor housekeeping, soap provided on demand, shampoo not provided.

Bed cover not properly wash and clean, Bathroom also not properly clean, if any one check out their Room, hotel management not properly sanitise on this Room, hotel staff behaviour very Rought.

No lift, old structure, room allowed in third floor 70 years old. No mirror, table chair in the room. Fan and Ac are 1947 model. Not suitable for family.
