Sadly they cancelled my booking nd said that I cancelled it. They have been doing this so they don't have to pay trip.com. they also increase the amount and charged us. I even showed my booking but they insisted otherwise.

If I could rate zero I would The hotel Almati Inn is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.; I was accompanied by my husband. This hotel was booked by our tour guide in Goa and we were making a three day trip to Delhi and the Taj Mahal. When we arrived at the hotel, it appeared quite fine from outside, I approached the reception desk to be told that they didn’t have our reservation. We produced the confirmation of the reservation which had been given to me by my tour operator and was told that we would be accommodated in the Venus hotel which was a sister hotel. When we arrived at the sister hotel there were two Canadian people in complaining that they two had been shunted from the Ashanti in and that the rooms were substandard. We were assured that the hotel would be fine and we asked to see one of the rooms. This was meant to be a 3/4 star hotel. The hotel stunk with a foisty smoky smell. We were accompanied upstairs by a male member of staff and were shown to the room, the room absolutely stunk. there were no towels it was fairly mediocre; decor was grubby and the room was extremely unattractive , there was no window. We asked for towels and the two towels that were brought were filthy they were massively stained. The member of staff assured me they were clean towels and brought more equally stained. We decided we wanted to see the original room booking and went back down to reception. At reception the Canadian couple was still arguing their case saying that they wanted a better room in the original hotel. We were in room 401. We were shown a room in the Almati Inn. It was no better, very poor repair, stunk, constant noise from outside (sounded like air con but we didn’t have air con on). A drawer kept opening didn’t matter how many times I closed it. The WiFi was poor and there wasn’t even any toilet paper or tea/coffee making facilities. It was late, we’d been travelling since early hours and decided to cut our losses especially as our driver was picking up us the following day from this location. In fairness the sheets were white. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it’s absolutely horrid. To make matters worse it’s staffed only by middle-aged men which can be very intimating to some people.

My key was not working, they asked me to reach the reception each and every time I left my room. The bathroom looked pretty old and okayish and the bedsheets were dirty. The breakfast was very okayish. Raw fruits were served. I ordered 2 item ( 1 lacha Paratha, and one tandoori roti on menu it was 100 or something for both) but while leaving I was charged 260 rupees for 2 rotis. When we talk about location, it's a little inside from the highway place plus there were a lot of street dogs just below the hotel.

We were on a journey from Bikaner to Jamshedpur on completion of a trip to Rajasthan. On the way, we needed a place to stay at Delhi, preferably close to airport. Though there are many hotels on Mahipalpur Road, I selected this hotel, as one of my colleagues had an experience of staying there. The overall experience was good. The room was, in fact, more spacious than what we had expected. Required amenities were there. However, the overall condition suggests that the room requires some maintenance. Hotel staff were good and responsive. Food was really good, but we were so tired that we could not eat much in the dinner. Next day, we did not have any trouble getting a cab to reach the airport in 15-20 minutes.

The only problem with this hotel is finding it. Taxis at airport had a lot of problems on both our visits. Good aircon rooms, water in rooms, good shower and toilet. Wifi worked well. The restaurant has a good selection for breakfast both Indian and European. Cereal, Eggs, Sandwiches for Europeans. The evening meals are fairly expensive but delicious. We would stay here again. The taxi from airport should cost 300-400 Rs NO MORE!

This hotel is definitely not 4 star and, indeed, would be overgraded as a 1 star. We arrived at 11pm on a late flight from Kathmandu and, upon looking at the rooms, decided this hotel was operating under false pretences. Wall paper and fixtures hanging off the wall was the least of our problems, The night staff were rude when we complained about the beds that were dirty with previous occupants hair still in them, urine soaked tissues on the bathroom floor and missing beds which they thought could be rectified by putting a urine soaked mattress on the floor. At 2am room issues still hadn’t been resolved and we went to bed and slept in our sleeping bags. We got a partial refund the following day after arguing with the management who told us that the pictures on the website were years old and didn’t reflect that state of the hotel today. This is a filthy hotel - stay clear. The female receptionist the following morning was the only bright part of the whole experience and was clearly embarrassed about the situation and was helpful as she could be.

The condition of the hotel room was appalling, with dirt and grime evident throughout. Additionally, the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming and discourteous. The room itself was in a deplorable state, with both the living quarters and bathrooms presenting significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom facilities were particularly unsanitary, with the toilet jet spray leaking and the shower continuously dripping water, making the experience of showering akin to being subjected to an unpleasant sensation. This overall experience was utterly dreadful, prompting a strong sentiment that the establishment should cease operations entirely to prevent further dissatisfaction among guests.

Decent place near airport. But lousy service. I contacted them Several times about shuttle. Oh yes yes no problem. When I arrive they said “no driver use airport taxi” 4k inr. Next day they wanted to charge me again for taxi which is advertised as free one way. False advertising don’t be fooled.
