Nice hotel. The signature aroma pleases after returning from the city. Very tasty food in the restaurant for breakfast. We didn't have to have lunch, but the dinner was super! Sushi, Indian food, fresh and tasty fruits, ice cream. There was also a separate place there, in the restaurant - apparently, for individual orders with display cases with fish and other things for cooking, but we did not go into details, since in the main hall everything was more than satisfactory. We are very grateful to the concierge (I called him that for myself). Not only did he solve our problems, but also suggested how to optimize our stay in Delhi. Without him, we would not have arranged such a level of rest for ourselves. But most importantly, he helped us out before leaving. It turned out that the hotel does not accept dollars (I exceeded the budget in rupees in the evening - I went to the SPA, which, by the way, I do not regret at all))), and in the morning we already had a flight. A friend helped quickly find change, otherwise we would have been late for the plane. Feel like the heroes of the movie "The Grand Budapest Hotel", remember the legendary concierge? Well, he is the same!!!

I checked in late on the first day of my assigned room, and even though I had inserted my key card, the electricity went out all over the place every thirty seconds. It was clearly broken, and I slept through it the first day. I explained this to the desk before leaving for my schedule the next day, and asked them to fix it since I would be back late. The room I checked in at 9 PM was the same. There was no message. I went back down and asked why it wasn't fixed, and they asked me if I had asked them in the morning. As if it wasn't their responsibility. When I said no, they sent someone to fix it and asked me to change the room. I packed my bags again and changed the room, but they sent me to a room with a worse view than my previous room. I chose Pullman this year, just like last year, and I will never go back. I didn't get any apology. I think Indian people would say that these are small things and that I should accept it as fate. I'm disappointed.

Very convenient but the google maps doesn't really point you in the right direction. They share a building with Novotel. Service is good and their sustainability initiatives are also good.

Had a great stay at Pullman New Delhi! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect blend of modern amenities and comfort. Highly recommend for business or leisure or travel to airport. They have great breakfast options compared to many others in Aerocity. Bar area could be better.
