Overall good place, but there is really no difference between Pullman and Novotel. I pretty much always go for Novotel unless its sold out like this time

Nice hotel. The signature aroma pleases after returning from the city. Very tasty food in the restaurant for breakfast. We didn't have to have lunch, but the dinner was super! Sushi, Indian food, fresh and tasty fruits, ice cream. There was also a separate place there, in the restaurant - apparently, for individual orders with display cases with fish and other things for cooking, but we did not go into details, since in the main hall everything was more than satisfactory. We are very grateful to the concierge (I called him that for myself). Not only did he solve our problems, but also suggested how to optimize our stay in Delhi. Without him, we would not have arranged such a level of rest for ourselves. But most importantly, he helped us out before leaving. It turned out that the hotel does not accept dollars (I exceeded the budget in rupees in the evening - I went to the SPA, which, by the way, I do not regret at all))), and in the morning we already had a flight. A friend helped quickly find change, otherwise we would have been late for the plane. Feel like the heroes of the movie "The Grand Budapest Hotel", remember the legendary concierge? Well, he is the same!!!
